Effective August 15, the Sliding Scale Nominal has changed to $25. For more information, please refer to our FAQ.

At YourTown Health, everyone matters. Our primary goal is to increase access to quality,  affordable healthcare services for our patients regardless of health insurance or financial status.

We do this with our Sliding Fee Scale, which calculates the amount patients pay for our services based on their household income and family size.

As COVID-19 conditions have improved and we move towards a new phase, YourTown Health  is dedicated to our efforts to widen healthcare access and strives to keep rates as low as  possible. Effective August 15, the Sliding Scale Nominal, which is the lowest rate, is changing to $25. This means if you and your family have no insurance, you may qualify for our Sliding Scale Nominal and pay just $25 for each primary care medical and behavioral health visit.

Additionally, our Sliding Fee Scale can be a resource for those with Medicare or private  insurance who may have difficulty paying their co-pays. For example, if your primary care visit results in a $60 co-pay, applying for our Sliding Fee Scale may reduce that cost.
