Locations

Attention: All our offices will be closed from December 23–27. A provider will be on call during this time. We will be open on December 30–31 and closed on January 1. Regular hours will resume on January 2 except for the Dental Department, Warm Springs, and Senoia locations where clinical support staff will be available to answer calls, direct patients, and for medication pick-up.

• Dental Department: No provider available on December 31, January 2, 3, and 10. Clinical Support staff will be available to answer calls, schedule and direct patients as needed to Palmetto QuickCare
• Warm Springs: No provider available on January 2. Clinical Staff will be available to answer calls, schedule, direct patients, and for medication pick-up.
• Senoia: No family practice provider available on January 2. Clinical Staff will be available to answer calls, schedule, direct patients, and for medication pick-up.
